Terms of Service Agreement: (TOS)
This is a legal contract. Subscribers agree to be bound by these terms whether signed or unsigned. Any subscriber who does not agree with these terms should immediately stop using the account and contact Akita SafeWeb customer service to cancel.
Subscribers agree to obey any applicable local, state, and/or federal laws pertaining to their Internet access and use of these services. The subscriber agrees not to use these services to conduct any activity which may violate these laws. Use of these services includes, but is not limited to: Web, FTP,Usenet, Internet Relay Chat (IRC), Gopher, Email, Telnet, and any other medium through which Akita SafeWeb server(s) are used for the storing, distribution, and/or transmission of content or material. Subscribers may be held legally liable for content and material located on their sites, including but not limited to: copyrighted, trademarked, patented, or other material used without the permission of the intellectual property rights holder; trade secret; pornography; obscene and/or defamatory content. Subscriber agrees not to violate any intellectual property rights, including uploading or downloading commercial software.
Akita SafeWeb states the subscriber may not send e-mails from our site with intent to generate spam.
Akita SafeWeb states that the subscriber may not submit any data on any web page controlled by Akita SafeWeb that gives personal information of any person other than the subscriber. Personal information includes but is not limited to age, name, address, city, state, zip code, gender, race, or religion.
Akita SafeWeb reserves the right to prohibit, remove, and/or block access to any pages which contain hyperlinks to content or material deemed inappropriate as defined herein.
Akita SafeWeb is a private company and reserves the right to limit and/or prohibit any content or material it deems inappropriate as part of this agreement.
Akita SafeWeb reserves the right to monitor any and all communication and activity which occurs through or on its servers to ensure adherence to these terms.
Akita SafeWeb reserves the right to prohibit, remove, and/or block access to any pages which primarily contain content or material which promotes or induces illegal activity.
Akita SafeWeb reserves the right to suspend or delete any account for any reason, or no reason.
Akita SafeWeb reserves the right to suspend or delete access to any web pages controlled by Akita SafeWeb for any reason, or no reason.
Akita SafeWeb reserves the right to suspend or delete access to any application software created by Akita SafeWeb for any reason, or no reason.
Akita SafeWeb reserves the right to prohibit, remove, and/or block access to any pages which primarily contain content or material which promotes or induces illegal activity.
Please report any violations of these terms to ppret@w2r.com. In the event that Akita SafeWeb receives a complaint, Akita SafeWeb will investigate the complaint and, in its sole discretion, may suspend or terminate the account(s) involved and/or may remove the material from its servers. Subscribers who believe their activities may have been misclassified may petition Akita SafeWeb for renewal of their account.
Akita SafeWeb reserves the right to release subscriber information to comply with an investigation into any activity which violates these terms, and may report such activity to the appropriate authorities.
Akita SafeWeb reserves the right to deny refunds for any reason, or no reason. The web site and pages controlled by Akita SafeWeb should be consider "as is" and the subscribers should use them at their own risk.
Akita SafeWeb will allow you 30 days to try the Akita SafeWeb product. If you are not satisfied with the service provided to you before your 30 day trial period has expired Akita SafeWeb will give you a refund amount of the start-up purchase price less $6.55 USD for processing.
It is impractical to review all statements after they are placed by users on the Akita SafeWeb web site. And even if statements could be reviewed, we are not in a position to investigate and confirm the accuracy of a user's statements. Accordingly, we do not make any representations, nor do we endorse the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of any advice, opinion, statement, or other information posted or placed by users. We do not guarantee that such material has been posted with the permission of the copyright or proprietary owner. You rely on such materials solely at your own risk. We are not liable for any materials posted by others.
Akita SafeWeb may, but is not obligated to, monitor or review any User Communications. Akita SafeWeb shall have no obligation to use, return, review, or respond to any User Communications. Akita SafeWeb will have no liability related to the content of any such User Communications, whether or not arising under the laws of copyright, libel, privacy, obscenity, or otherwise. Akita SafeWeb retains the right to remove any or all User Communications that includes any material Akita SafeWeb deems inappropriate or unacceptable.
You understand that by using any Akita SafeWeb software web based, or application based all terms of this terms of service agreement apply.
